“Their stories from Rags to Riches
Carry the exotic brainpower of vicious”
It never amazes me that how people really find shortcuts or try to find shortcuts for their success. People who work their heart outreach to a point of level of satisfaction instead of who are always busy in searching some magic tricks for success. Being successful is no easy task- in fact, it is the most difficult and the most fulfilling job in the world and each one of us dreams of being successful. We bring you some amazing stories which will not only give you goosebumps but the motivation to walk in the correct direction.
Granted, you make millions once your startup takes off and we mostly seem to focus on that, but what we forget to acknowledge is the years of hard work and perseverance that went behind making that success story.
And, we present to you three of the most Alluring Personalities and their stories.
1) Oprah Winfrey
Oprah Winfrey biography, an American media mogul, TV host, actress, producer, and philanthropist. She is known not only in the USA but also all over the world. People believe her words, her fees are enormous, and she is more popular than Elvis and Superman and ranked as first according to VH1’s “The 200 Greatest Pop Culture Icons” ranked list. She is the first African-American female billionaire. The scars behind her story have been very troubling. We may sometimes see the person’s virtual but not the behind the camera. Oprah Winfrey is now one of the top most entrepreneurs worldwide. As a child, Oprah Winfrey wore potato sacks because clothing did not always fit into the budget of her poverty-stricken family. She was shuffled within her family, her father never married her mother. She was raped for the first time at age 9 by her 19-year-old cousin, writes Oscar Bamwebaze Bamuhigire in his book ” The Healing Power of Self Love .” It would be the first of several episodes.
At age 14, Winfrey broke free and went to live with her dad in Nashville, Tennessee, where her success would start to take the course. Her father gave her the right direction and from that moment, she started taking her career as her own power. She became the first black female news anchor before the age of 20 in Nashville, starting with a few gigs as a local anchor before landing a co-anchor position in Baltimore. She was sexually harassed and humiliated at her job in Baltimore, according to DailyWorth, but didn’t need to quit – she was fired seven and a half months after joining. Winfrey didn’t stay down for long. She landed a gig hosting the then-stagnant morning talk show, “AM Chicago.”Within a few months, Winfrey turned “AM Chicago” from the lowest-rated talk show in Chicago to the highest-rated one, writes the Academy of Achievement. Three years later the show would be renamed “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” Since then, Oprah Winfrey became “The Oprah Winfrey” who kept fighting back and surviving the humiliation, tensions in her own life and one of the alluring personality who has created history.
2) Walt Disney
“When you wish upon a star…” begins the song used as a theme for Disney television programs, and, perhaps, a theme for the entire Disney operation.
Walt Disney was a man of dreams. He dreamed big dreams. And he made his dreams come true, with no doubt Walt Disney was a dream man and an exceptional example of an individual who knows to how to convert his dreams into reality. “ In the starting, I started selling my cartoons but none of them were sold,” said Walt Disney. It is very difficult to create one’s identity in the world Walt Disney’s childhood was anything but idyllic. His father was a strict disciplinarian who thought nothing of taking a switch to Walt and his brother Roy to administer “corrective” beatings that became a part of their daily routine. Young Walt found an escape from his father’s brutality through drawing. With pen and ink, he created his own little fantasy world where life was always beautiful, people were always happy, and, most important, he was always in control. World War I provided Disney with yet another means of escape. At the age of 16, he joined the Red Cross Ambulance Corps and was sent to France.
After the war, Disney moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where he took a job with Film Ad Co. The firm’s principal products were animated advertisements that were shown before feature films. He always loved to bring his drawing into magical realism. He started off with nothing but now his company is one of the top most company with value worth money. Disney even received a special Academy Award for his work.
“Snow White” was followed by other animated features: “Pinocchio,” “Fantasia,” “Dumbo” and “Bambi.” Each became a classic and contributed to the legend that was growing around its creator. In addition, Disney began making nature documentaries and live-action films such as “Treasure Island” and “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.” He was also the first Hollywood studio head to embrace the new medium of television, with “The Mickey Mouse Club” and “Walt Disney Presents.” The latter, hosted by Disney himself, became not just a profit center for the company, but also a promotional engine for all its works, including Disney’s greatest achievement, which was still yet to come.Even after his death, he will remain the most alluring personality with his success story.
